REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our hope is that you will fall in love with your new Robin Woodard Jewelry piece. However, if for any reason you wish to exchange it please contact us within three business days after receiving your piece. Once we receive the piece back in original condition and packaging we will send out a replacement of your choice. We do not accept refunds at this time.
SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Items will usually ship within 2-5 business days unless noted in the listing. Packages ship via USPS first class mail with tracking and should arrive within 3-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Packages will ship via USPS International First Class and can take up to two weeks for delivery, but may take 3-4 weeks depending on how long package is held at customs.
Please note that international packages may be subject to import taxes upon arrival which customer is responsible for paying. Please be informed of any import taxes for your country before purchasing.
REPAIRS
All of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted. As with any product, natural wear, and tear or an accident may result in a piece of jewelry being damaged or broken. We offer free repairs on wear and tear items. If your piece has been damaged or broken we can replace it for a small fee.
